Meatball Tacos with Salsa Butter

Ingredients

• 500g beef mince
• ½ small onion, finely chopped
• 1 egg
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 2 Tbsp tomato salsa
• 2 Tbsp stock
• ¼ c fresh breadcrumbs
• 2 tsp cumin
• ¼ tsp chilli flakes
• 1 tsp fresh organum, chopped
• Salt and pepper
• 1 Tbsp oil
• 2 tsp Westgold Salted Butter
• 10 bamboo skewers
