Peach and Cherry Summer Refrigerator Pie - Recipe #21964 - Foodgeeks

Ingredients

• 1 pie crust, baked and cooled
• 1/4 cup tapioca
• 1 cup sugar
• 1-1/2 cup water
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 to 3 cups sliced fresh peaches
• Maraschino cherries cut in half (the kind of cherries in jars at supermarket) I don't measure....but probably use about 1/3C cherries. Just use whatever you like!
