• 8 ounces baby bella mushrooms, thinly sliced

• ½ cup water
• 1 teaspoon beef bouillon
• 1 cup Swiss Premium heavy cream
• ¼ teaspoon kosher salt
• 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
• Lingonberry jam
• Fresh dill and thyme
