• 150g sultanas
• 5 tbsp light muscovado sugar
• 6 tbsp sunflower oil
• 250g self-raising flour
• 1 tbsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 6tbsp semi-skimmed milk
• for the icing:
• 120g icing sugar
• 6 tbsp fresh orange juice
