Ingredients

• 1 package of 4 Greek style herbs chicken skewers
• A drizzle of olive oil
• 4 pitas
• ¾ cup (190 ml) plain greek yogurt
• 2 tbsp. (30 ml) cucumber, finely diced
• 2 tbsp. (30 ml) lemon juice
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 1 tbsp. (15 ml) fresh dill
• ¼ tsp. (1 ml) dried oregano
• ¾ cup (190 ml) cherry tomatoes, halved
• ¾ cup (190 ml) cucumber, sliced, and cut into 4
• ¼ cup (65 ml) red onion, very thinly sliced
• ¼ cup (65 ml) fresh parsley, chopped
• Salt and pepper, to taste
