Ingredients: Arabic dough:; 5 ½ cups flour; 2 pkts yeast; 1 teaspoon salt; ¼ cup sugar; ½ cup oil; 2 cups warm water; 3 tablespoon klim; 1 teaspoon baking powder; 1 made 2 doz subs and the other ½ mini pitas. I divided the pita Dough into 20 small balls. Roll out. Dry fry on hot tawa.; Sprinkle cheese. Bake till cheese
