Spodee Semifreddo | Spodee

Ingredients

• - 1 cup heavy cream, very cold
• - 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
• - 2 tablespoons Spodee
• - 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
• Line a 9"x5" loaf pan with plastic wrap and set a side.
• In medium bowl, whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold in the
• remaining ingredients, making sure everything is well incorporated.
• Transfer the mixture to the loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours.
