- 3 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 cups Mr Organic ancient grains or arborio rice
- 1/2 cup Red wine
- 2 pints Veg stock
- Water
- 3 tsp Beetroot powder
- 2 tsp Sea salt
- 1 big twist Black pepper
- 1 squeeze Lemon
- 1/2 cup Hazelnuts
