Ingredients

• 1/2 baguette
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 1 pkg (450 g pkg) Italpasta Artisan Spaghetti
• 1/2 pkg bacon, diced
• 1 head cauliflower (cored and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces)
• 2 shallots (thinly sliced)
• 1/2 bunch fresh sage (thinly sliced)
• 3 cloves garlic (thinly sliced)
• 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus more for serving)
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
