Blueberry drinking jelly - Moje wypieki
Kisiel is a yummy and quick dessert, very popular in Poland, where I grew up. It is usually made with a fruit compote thickened with starch.
Ingredients
- ½ cup blueberries
- ½ cup water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tsp potato starch
- a few drops of freshly squeezed lemon juice
