• 1/2 chopped yellow onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 lb lean ground beef
• 3 tbsp flour
• 4 cups beef broth (low sodium)
• 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
• 2 tsp dried thyme
• 8 ounces egg noodles
• salt & pepper (to taste)
• 1/3 cup sour cream
