Ingredients

• 1 kilo chicken
• 2 level teaspoon salt
• ¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• 1 heap teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
• 3 teaspoon Calistos peri peri spice
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 4 teaspoon lemon juice
• 4 level teaspoon ginger garlic
• 2 teaspoon red masala/najmas chilli paste
• 1 teaspoon garam masala
• 4 teaspoon Amina’s butter chicken marinade
• 3 tomatoes (liquidised)
• 2 tablespoon oil
• ¾ cup yogurt
