Butter Chicken recipe by Shaheda

Ingredients

• 1kg chicken fillet cubed
• 1 teaspoon course red chillies
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon garam masala (optional)
• 1 heaped teaspoon turmeric
• Freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon double cream plain yoghurt
• 50g butter
• 2 tablespoon oil
• 1 cinnamon stick
• 2 cardamom pods
• Add chicken and saute gently until chicken is cooked
• 1 Cup fresh cream
• 1 Cup double cream plain yoghurt
• 1 tablespoon tomato puree
• 1 tablespoon good quality tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon flour
