- 125g Digestive Biscuits
- 50g Unsalted Butter
- 300g Full Fat Cream Cheese - Room temperature (such as Philadelphia)
- 50g Icing Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon Sea Salt Flakes
- 50g Caramel (I used Carnations Caramel)
- 125ml Double Cream
- 50g Toffee Popcorn (I used 50g but you can use more or less!)
