• 175g maizemeal
• 1 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1 tsp mixed dried herbs
• 1 organic egg
• 150g low-fat natural live yoghurt
• 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
• pinch of salt
