- ½ TSP ofkosher salt
- ¼ TSP ofblack pepper
- 8 OZ ofdried macaroni (pasta) - Elbow noodle
- 6over-hard eggs - peeled and chopped (save one to slice for the top for decoration)
- ¼red onion - peeled and chopped
- ½ cup ofcelery rib - chopped (Make sure to wash well)
- ground paprika (or use Smoked paprika for a different flavor just a dash needed)
