• 1 yellow onion (diced)
• 4 ribs celery (diced (optional))
• 3 cups cooked spiral noodles
• 1 can (14.5 oz) mixed vegetables
• 1 can (10 oz) condensed mushroom soup
• 1/3 cup milk
• 1 cup cheddar cheese
• 1 can (6 oz) tuna (drained)
• 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• herb rub (to taste)
