Ingredients
- 500 g Potatoes, boiled, peeled
- 1 tbsp Cooking Oil,
- 1/8 tsp Asafoetida (Hing),
- 1/4 tsp Cumin Seeds,
- 1/4 tsp Coriander Seeds,
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder,
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice,
- Salt, to taste
- 2 Green Chilli, finely chopped
- Fresh Coriander Leaves, chopped, to garnish
- A handful of Fresh Coriander Leaves,
- 1/2 A handful of Fresh Mint Leaves,
- 1 Green Chilli,
- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice,
- Water, just enough to blend
- 1.5 cup Gram Flour (Besan),
- 1.5 cup Water,
- A Pinch of Salt, or to taste
- 1/4 tsp Carom Seeds (Ajwain),
- 1/4 to 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder,
- Oil, for frying
- 10 White Bread Slices,
- Chaat Masala (optional), to sprinkle on top
- Coriander Chutney, as prepared
- Tamarind jaggery Chutney, link shared above
