• 2 cups AP flour
• 2 1/2 teaspoons salt
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1/2 cup pureed fresh peach
• 1.75 oz freeze dried peach pulverized
• 3/4 cup buttermilk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup butter, soft
• 8 oz cream cheese, soft
• 1/4 cup pureed fresh peach (originally calls for 1.75 oz freeze dried peaches)
• 3-5 cups confectioners sugar
