  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 4 Frankfurter/Wiener sausages
  • 4 slices HANDL TYROL Finest Bacon
  • 50 g HANDL TYROL Finest Ham Cubes
  • 1 Tbs oil
  • 4 Tbs ketchup
  • 4 Tbs mustard
  • 50 g Ketchup-Mayonnaise mix
  • 2 onions
  • 4 Tbs flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Clarified butter for frying (approx. 150 g)
  • 1 cucumber
  • Salt
  • 1 Tbs sugar
  • Juice of one lemon
