- 4 hot dog buns
- 4 Frankfurter/Wiener sausages
- 4 slices HANDL TYROL Finest Bacon
- 50 g HANDL TYROL Finest Ham Cubes
- 1 Tbs oil
- 4 Tbs ketchup
- 4 Tbs mustard
- 50 g Ketchup-Mayonnaise mix
- 2 onions
- 4 Tbs flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 pinch salt
- Clarified butter for frying (approx. 150 g)
- 1 cucumber
- Salt
- 1 Tbs sugar
- Juice of one lemon
