• 1 kg chops
• ½ teaspoon salt (taste if more is needed)
• 1 ½ teaspoon vinegar
• 1 teaspoon Worcester sauce
• 1 teaspoon light soya sauce
• ¾ teaspoon coarse black pepper
• ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
• 3 tblspns mayonnaise
• 3 tblspns garlic and herb sauce (steers brand for SA crucials brand for UK)
• ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon chopped garlic
• 1 teaspoon chopped ginger
• 1 teaspoon oil
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 1-2 green chilli (optional)
• 3-4 potatoes, peeled and cut in chunks
