- 1 kg mutton curry pieces/ loin chops
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon white pepper
- ½ teaspoon lemon pepper
- 1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1 teaspoon ground green chillies
- 1 tablespoon brown vinegar
- 1 teaspoon garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon ginger paste
- 2 tablespoons ghee (Clarified butter)
- Add fried potatoes pieces to mutton/chops if wish or serve with steamed mixed
