Christmas Wreath Salad – Lucky Nuts

Ingredients

• 3 Tbsp maple syrup
• 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp ground cinnamon
• ¼ tsp ground ginger
• ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
• 1 cup Lucky Natural Cashews
• 1 cup Lucky Toasted Hazelnuts
• 300g feta
• ¾ cup Greek yoghurt
• 1 tsp lime zest
• ¼ cup lime juice
• 2 Tbsp maple syrup
• Large bunch of basil leaves
• 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar, or extra lime juice
• 120g baby rocket, washed
• 2 punnets blackberries
• 1/8 watermelon, trimmed and chopped into small chunks or wedges
• 2 handfuls (I small tray) cherries, halved, de-stemmed and pitted
• ¼ cup Lucky Flaked Almonds
• Large bunch of basil leaves small basil leaves
• Lime zest and juice, to serve
