• 2 avocados
• 1 clove garlic, minced or 1 cube Gefen Frozen Garlic
• 1 small or 1/2 large jalapeño, seeds and veins removed, minced
• 1/2 small red onion, diced small
• 1/3 cup mango, peach, or papaya, finely diced 
• handful of pomegranate seeds
• juice of 1 lime (or about 2 tablespoons Heaven & Earth Lime Juice)
• 1 tablespoon Bartenura Olive Oil
• kosher salt, to taste
• chopped cilantro, optional
• coconut spray or Glicks Olive Oil Spray
• 2 green plantains
• chili powder or paprika, to taste (optional)
