• 1 packet onion soup mix (any brand)
• 1 1/2 cups matzah meal
• 1 medium cucumber pared and chopped finely
• 4 eggs
• 1 teaspoon garlic powder
• 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
• 2 tablespoons ketchup
