Grandpa's Burgers - Sutter Home Family Vineyards

Ingredients

• 2 lbs. Ground Beef
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup crumbled pretzels
• 1 large chopped onion
• 1 tsp mustard
• 1/4 cup of red wine
• 2 avocados
• 1 large chopped tomato
• 4 cloves of chopped garlic
• 1/2 lemon
• 2 tbs oil with garlic
• 8 hamburger buns
• 8 slices pepper jack cheese
• Salt and pepper
