siggi's Icelandic-style yogurt: skyr - Artichoke Dip with Kale

Ingredients

• 2 cups kale, finely shredded
• 1 can (15oz) artichokes, drained and chopped
• 1/3 cup green onions, chopped
• 1/3 cup red bell pepper, diced
• 2 cups siggi’s Plain 0% Skyr
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
• 1/4 cup olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
• 2 Tbs fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp pepper
