  • ½ cup Chelsea White Sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 Tbsp melted butter (or Olivani Spread)
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¾ cup Chelsea Soft Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 cups boiling water
