• 2/3 cup tomato sauce
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon dried basil
• 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated or shredded, plus more, to taste, for serving
• 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese
• fresh basil leaves, optional, to taste, for serving
