• 30 g Fresh Parsley chopped
• 15 g Fresh mint chopped
• 25 g Capers drained weight
• 1 Banana shallot chopped
• 2 tbsp Lemon juice
• 1 tsp Lemon zest
• 2 Garlic clove chopped
• 2 tbsp Orange juice
• 1 Red chilli chopped
• 1/2 tsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
