• 2 tsp freshly grated ginger
• 3 nectarines
• 3 tbsp flakes almonds
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon
• 1 tsp grated nutmeg
• 1 tsp dried ginger
• icing sugar (for dusting)
