Ingredients
- 4 fresh pork tenderloin
- 1/3 cup water
- 3 -4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 cooking apple
- 1 medium size cooking onion, sliced
- 8 medium size fresh mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed and chopped fine
- 2 tablespoons rubbed sage
- 1/3 cup liquid honey
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1/4 cup smooth Dijon mustard
- 15 -20 cherry tomatoes (to garnish)
- 2 -3 sprigs fresh herbs (to garnish, eg, parsley, sage, rosemary)
