- 1 romaine lettuce
- 30 mL (2 tbsp) Dairyland unsalted butter
- 1 leek, white and pale green part only, finely chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 500 mL (2 cups) chicken stock
- 10 mL (1 1/4 cup) frozen peas
- 125 mL (1/2 cup) Dairyland 36% cream, very cold
- to taste: salt and freshly ground pepper
- 60 mL (1/4 cup) Saputo Parmesan Cheese Petals
- 15 mL (1 tbsp) fresh chives, chopped
