Creamy corn soup
A creamy corn soup is a filling soup with smoked paprika and crunchy bacon. Great for lunch or as a complete meal with some bread.
Ingredients
- 2 large cans of corn (570 gram in total)
- 2 medium-sized floury potatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1,5 liter vegetable or chicken stock
- butter for baking
- 225 gram crème fraîche
- pepper and salt to taste
- smoked paprika powder
- 125 gram bacon lardons
- fresh flat leaf parsley
