Raspberry and Blackberry American Flag Cake - Oregon Raspberries & Blackberries

Ingredients

• 3 sticks (12 oz) of butter at room temperature
• 2 ¼ cups of sugar
• 6 eggs
• 3 ½ cups flour
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 teaspoons of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 can thawed, undiluted, frozen lemonade
• 1 pint (16 oz) heavy whipping cream
• 2 teaspoons unflavored gelatin
• 2 tablespoons cold water
• 8 tablespoons confectioners sugar
• 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
• 2 pints of fresh raspberries
• 2 pints of fresh blackberries
