- 250g Cold Unsalted Butter (Half Cubed/Half Grated)
- 35g Caster Sugar
- 150ml Cold Water
- 2 Tbsp Demerara Sugar (for sprinkling)
- 2 Large Bramley Apples (Peeled and Cubed)
- 3 tbsp Caster Sugar
- 3 tbsp Sultanas
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Water
