Frozen watermelon and a splash of rosé blended and served in the orginal watermelon rind is the perfect treat on a hot summer day.
Ingredients
- 2-3 cups frozen watermelon (one small watermelon equals about 3 cups)
- 12 oz. of your favorite rosé (about half of the bottle)
- 2 cups crushed ice
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 1 can of strawberry sparkling water, or your favorite seltzer water
- 3-4 fresh mint leaves, plus more for garnish
