Dawn's Apple Cranberry Pie – World Spice

Ingredients

• 6 cups firm tart apples, peeled, cored and sliced
• 1 tablespoon lemon juice
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tablespoon Ras El Hanout , ground
• 1-1/2 cups cranberries
• 1/4 cup currants
• 1/4 cup brandy or allspice dram
• Two 9-inch pie crusts
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 tablespoon orange zest
• 1 tablespoon milk
• 1 tablespoon raw sugar
