Ingredients

• 1 pound ground beef
• 1 pound ground pork (or 2 pounds ground beef or 2 pounds ground pork)
• 2 medium onions, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 20 oz beef broth
• 1/3 cup sweet corn
• 1 TBS chili powder
• 2 tsp cumin
• 1 1/2 tbsps.
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 4 TBS diced green chilies
• 2 cups chopped rhubarb
• 2 cans (10 oz. size, each) of black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup diced red and orange sweet peppers
• Salt and pepper to taste, for frying meat
• 1 can of citrus beer
• Grated cheese, for garnish (optional)
