Ingredients

• 1 kg Octopus (cleaned)
• 2 tbsp Olive Oil
• 1 Onion (chopped)
• 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
• 400 g Tomatoes (diced)
• 1 cup Red Wine
• 2 cups Fish Stock
• 1 tsp Paprika
• 1 tsp Salt (to taste)
• 1 tsp Black Pepper (to taste)
• 2 tbsp Parsley (chopped)
