Ingredients

• 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• 1 cup rolled oats
• 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• 1 1/2 teaspoons cinammon
• 1 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
• 1 egg (beaten)
• 1/4 cup milk
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 cup diced fuji apple
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
