- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- a few twists of fresh ground pepper
- 2 cups of silverbeet cut into pieces
- 2 ripe garden tomatoes diced or sliced, your choice!
- 1 small red onion
- 3/4 cup of feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- Handful of any fresh herbs (parsley, basil, oregano, thyme)- optional
- 1/4 cup of olive oil
