Ingredients

• 6 Premio Sausage (choose your favorite) links
• 2 Roma tomatoes, cut into small dice
• 2 tablespoons onion, minced
• 1 jalapeno, minced
• 2 tablespoons cilantro
• Juice from 1 lime
• 6 tablespoons butter
• 6 large rolls- Portuguese or Kaiser
• 1 avocado
• 1 recipe refried beans (see recipe below)
• Refried Beans:
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon chipotle powder
• 8 ounces lager-style beer
• 1 (15.5 ounce) can black beans with liquid
