Ingredients

• For the tahini sauce:
• 3⁄4 cup plain double-cream yoghurt
• 2 T Woolworths tahini
• 1⁄2 t garlic powder
• 1⁄2 t ground cumin
• 1 T lemon juice
• 2 T canola or olive oil
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• For the sweet potato:
• 500 g sweet potatoes
• 500 g Woolworths Kara sweet potatoes
• 7 T harissa paste
• 2 T honey
• 2 t salt
• 1 t freshly ground black pepper
• 4 T canola oil
• 4 T parsley, chopped
