• 1/3 cup fresh cilantro leaves
• 1/4 cup fresh mint
• 2 tbsp lime juice
• 1 small green chili pepper, seeded and coarsely chopped
• 1 tbsp minced fresh ginger
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp salt
