• 1 large onion, finely chopped,

• 1 garlic clove, crushed,
• 1 ½ tbsp dried or fresh sage, finely chopped,
• 12 oz. Uncured Polish Style Kielbasa, diced into small cubes,
• ¾ cup breadcrumbs,
• 1 large egg, lightly beaten
