Ingredients

• 1 bag of spring mix
• 1 mini head of lettuce, chopped
• ½ bunch of radish, thinly sliced
• ½ cucumber, peeled, seeded and diced
• 1 scallion, finely chopped
• 1 squash blossom, finely chopped
• 1 small garlic clove, minced
• 1 cup packed basil leaves, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 1/2 tablespoons Champagne vinegar
• A pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper
