- 2 (4 oz) SMCo Pork Cutlets
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 T salt
- 1/2 T pepper
- 1 cup Italian Bread Crumbs
- 1 32 oz jar of Marinara ( we love Raos)
- 1 bag shredded mozzarella
- 2 cups Cooking Oil (we like to use Avocado Oil)
