Chocolate Orange Pots - twimii
I set out trying to make Gordon Ramsay's Chocolate Pots, which is a simple recipe, but I used the wrong chocolate. Here's the happy result; dark & lovely.
Ingredients
- 100g 70% dark chocolate
- 125ml whipping cream, plus 2 tbsp
- 100ml Grand Marnier
- 1 tsp vanilla paste
- 3 large eggs, separated
- 2 tbsp icing sugar, sifted
- 1 organic orange, zest
